Quantum Offers Full Performance, Half-Height LTO-4 tape drive with native capacity of 800GB and native performance of up to 120MB/sec. Quantum's LTO-4 HH drive also provides native encryption and WORM capability for security, along with backward read/write compatibility to LTO-3 media and read compatibility to LTO-2 for investment protection.
Quantum's new half-height drive is particularly well-suited for your customers who are faced with the challenge of adding storage systems to accommodate growth while reining in power and cooling demands for cost and regulatory reasons. The LTO-4 HH includes a feature called Green Mode that reduces power consumption when on idle or standby. Even when the drive is active, the power used is less than many competitors' LTO-3 and LTO-4 full-height and half-height drives.
