Quantum recently authorized third-party research firm Creative Strategic Consulting to conduct a customer satisfaction study. The purpose of this study was to give us a deeper understanding of how well we are performing. The high response rates we received, by both phone and email, confirmed that our customers are truly our partners, and are able to provide valuable guidance for continued positive change.

OVERALL SATISFACTION

We are pleased to report that 92% of our customers are satisfied or extremely satisfied with Quantum.
In addition, 90% of you would recommend us to a colleague.

PRODUCT FOCUS

The benefits of working with a specialist in backup, recovery and archive were recognized in our product satisfaction scores. Quantum scored 91%, while broader systems firms such as HP and Sun scored 83% and 87% respectively.

"My Quantum disk-based backup solution has been reliable, which is key when you are talking about backups. And it has been able to handle our storage space, the amount of data we want to put on it, and quickly." (Defense Department Organization)

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Our product scores are reinforced by a strong service and support satisfaction rating of 85%. Again, this is higher than wider-ranging firms like Sun, demonstrating that Quantum can help solve real issues via our global service infrastructure.
